To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review my cancellation policy below: 📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in 50% of the service cancellation fee. ⏳ Late Arrivals • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled • If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be considered a no-show. 🚫 No-Shows • No-shows will be charged 100% of service, and future appointments may require prepayment.
